Contract

This contract End to end is made and entered into as of 31-jan-2023 by and between Ajit And mysteriouscar.blogspot.com, Ajit Rout and all of our mysterious family members of user accessing mysteriouscar.blogspot.com.

WHEREAS, Owner owns and operates the website located at mysteriouscar.blogspot.com (the "Website"), and User desires to access and use the Website;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

License to Use Website

Owner hereby grants to User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website solely for User's personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract.

User Conduct

User agrees to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. User shall not:

a. Use the Website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;

b. Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by Owner, may harm Owner or users of the Website or expose them to liability;

c. Use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use of the Website;

d. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Website;

e. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Website or for any other unauthorized purpose without Owner's prior written consent;

f. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website;

g. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;

h. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website;

i. Attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack; or

j. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Owner, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User acknowledges that the Website and its contents are the exclusive property of Owner, and agrees not to modify, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Website or any of its contents.

Indemnification

User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Owner, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to User's use of the Website, including but not limited to User's violation of this Contract.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OWNER, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ITS OR THEIR RES
